If you want the Edgar's classic, order the Strawberry Cake — it's the flavor people drive across the state for. But we bake a whole lineup of Southern favorites, so here's a quick guide to help you pick the right one for your celebration.

Our signature: Strawberry Cake

Strawberry-infused cake layers with strawberry cream cheese icing. It's been a staple of Alabamians' celebrations since 1998, and it's still the first cake most people ask for. (A cream cheese icing, so keep it refrigerated until it's time to serve.)

For the chocolate lover

Chocolate Decadence — layers of chocolate cake, buttercream, and ganache, topped with house-made chocolate curls.
Double Chocolate — rich, moist, and exactly what it sounds like.
Chocolate Peanut Butter — creamy peanut butter icing over moist chocolate layers.
German Chocolate — chocolate velvet cake with pecan-chocolate frosting.
