How to Feed 10, 20, or 30 People (Without Guessing)
Somebody put you in charge of breakfast. Or the Tuesday lunch meeting, or the teacher appreciation spread, or the Sunday morning table at church. You have a headcount, you have a rough budget, and you have about four minutes to figure this out.

Nearly everything we cater comes in three sizes — small serves 10, medium serves 20, large serves 30. Pick your number, then pick your category. That’s the whole system.

Two packages if you’d rather not assemble it yourself: the Signature Breakfast Package serves 15 for $125, and the Brunch Package serves 10 for $150. For grab-and-go, individual Breakfast Boxes are $11 each.
What a good breakfast spread actually looks like: one pastry or roll tray, one fruit bowl, and coffee. For 20 people that’s $80 + $75 + two coffee boxes at $27 each — $209, or about $10.50 a head. Add a muffin assortment if it’s a longer morning.

Sides run $8–$10 per 16 oz container — baked potato salad, pasta salad, pepper slaw — and individual chip bags are $1.25.
The Chicken Salad Croissant Tray is the one people request by name. Our signature chicken salad on a croissant is the sandwich Edgar’s is known for outside of the cake case, and it makes a lunch feel like somebody made an effort.
Cost per person, roughly: a deli sandwich tray plus two sides and chips lands around $9–$11 a head. The croissant tray runs closer to $12–$14. Both are under what most catering costs and neither one shows up in a cardboard box.
Drinks
Tea and All — sweet or unsweet — is $9.95. A Coffee Box, regular or decaf, is $27.
One coffee box covers about 10–12 people at a morning meeting, or about 15 in the afternoon when fewer people are drinking it. If you’re feeding a big group and watching the budget, tea stretches further — a lot of offices order both and let people choose.

For a birthday in the office, a cookie cake ($27–$40) beats a cake nobody wants to cut with a plastic knife.
Where this works well
Downtown Birmingham offices — our Financial Center location at 505 20th Street North is open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., which is exactly the window a workday needs.
Schools — teacher appreciation, faculty breakfasts, testing week, PTA meetings, banquets. The morning trays scale cleanly and the price per person is easy to defend to a committee.
Churches — Sunday morning, funeral receptions, small group meetings.
Business meetings — and if you’d rather come to us, our Homewood event room rents for $75 an hour with a two-hour minimum and a $50 food minimum. Party rooms are also available at Pelham, Huntsville South, and Madison.

Give us as much notice as you can — a couple of days for standard trays, more for large orders or anything custom. If it’s a recurring meeting, tell us and we’ll get you set up so you’re not rebuilding the order every month.
