Can I change my pick-up time? Can I change my pick-up date?

We kindly ask that you carefully select your pick-up date and time. However, we understand that circumstances may occur that prevent you from picking up your order at your scheduled time. If you need to change your pick-up time within the date that you originally selected, please notify us within the first 12 hours after your order has been placed by calling the location you placed the order for pick-up.

Keep in mind that we will only be able to move your pick-up date beyond your original pick-up date. We cannot accept date changes beyond the 12-hour time frame after an order has been placed because our bakeries will have begun acquiring the necessary perishables to fulfill your order. We will reach out to you as soon as we can with an update.
