Edgar's was founded in 1998 with a foundational commitment to producing a high quality, freshly baked product and providing friendly, knowledgeable service. We have found our discriminating Birmingham market to be enthusiastically responsive. From our beginnings in a small storefront, we have now grown to an operation with three of our own retail locations (with continuing demand for more), a state of the art production facility and nationwide exposure through our wholesale clientele. Locally, we also bake the breads and create desserts for many of Birmingham's finest restaurants and cafes.
