Our location in Pelham is not only a retail shop but our corporate headquarters. Having opened in 2002, the large brick structure houses a state of the art production facility supplying pastries to wholesale clients across the United States . Combining traditional pastry arts with high tech baking equipment, it also capably handles the daily baking for our own retail customers.

The retail shop welcomes diners with an inviting atmosphere of rich woodwork and its distinctly European feel. The spacious outdoor dining area, with umbrella shaded tables, offers a refreshing break from the office and has become a local favorite.

Our Pelham shop is located just south of Riverchase in far north Pelham. We are off of Highway 119 ( Cahaba Valley Road ) at 499 Southgate Drive .

From the North, take Interstate 65 South to exit 246. Turn right onto Highway 119 toward Highway 31. Turn right onto Southgate Drive (before reaching Highway 31). Follow Southgate to the curve and we will be on the left.

From the South, take Interstate 65 North to exit 246. Turn left onto Highway 119 toward Highway 31. Turn right onto Southgate Drive (before reaching Highway 31).Follow Southgate to the curve and we will be on the left.
