Challah - Braided soft bread, butter, eggs, and sugar - available with or without rasins.

Ciabatta - Moist chewy bread, very light and airy with lots of holes. Made with polish process-starter base and yeast.

Cranberry Walnut - Sweet bread, made from sourdough starter, dried cranberries and walnut pieces.

Focaccia Bread - Traditional Italian bread made with yeast, fresh herbs, olive oil, onions and tomatoes.

French Bread - Light and chewy inside, crisp brown crust. Available in baguettes.

Honey Wheat - A hearty flavored grain bread with honey and flax seeds, whole wheat flour and white flour.

Jalapeno Cheddar - Sourdough base with jalapeno peppers and chunks of cheddar cheese.

Jewish Rye - Traditional flavors, rye, wheat, white flour, whole carrraway seeds and sourdough starter.

Kalamata Olive - Farm bread with kalamata olives.

Multigrain - Hearty full flavored. Made from 9 different grains complemented by honey and roasted sunflower seeds.

Sourdough - Made from a long fermentation process using flour, sea salt, and water. Has thick crust, chewier and tangier than typical bread.

Walnut Raisin - Sweet bread made from sourdough starter, selected raisins and walnut pieces.

Whole Wheat - Course bread made with cracked wheat, whole wheat, high gluten flour, touch of honey.

Breads can be ordered - please place order by 10 am for the next day.
